Wow!
I can't remember the last time I witnessed a lightning storm quite like that! We didn't get any wind or hail damage, but we lost 2 of our 3 televisions...Hopefully, insurance will kick in this time. (Not like last time we needed our insurance to pay for itself, but that's a WHOLE 'NUTHER story!)
My dad's metal detector that Jim borrowed was going off like crazy. That was strange...like some kind of electrical waves or something were going right through the house. Weird.
I am SO THANKFUL that is all the damage we received. My girlfriend had a huge maple tree blow over and do some MAJOR damage to her beautiful gardens. Luckily, it didn't fall on her house! Watching that storm last night just served as a reminder that a person can lose it all in just a matter of moments...
(Maybe we can take our broken TVs and put them with Pastor Kris' broken IPod and come up with some new invention. NNNAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWW)

Can't believe how bad it got here, but our t.v.'s are still working! Thank God...2 kids and no tv, don't even want to think about that! Love ya!
WOW!! We were in a motel in Indy and Jeff and I were waiting with the kids at the door to see if we were going to have to take cover in the hall... came close! Whew! Night!
